goes around, comes around

may 2007
the busiest period i had so far, judging from my blogging frequency, my 8-days a week and 25-hours a day being the kulikutif, my cancelled plan leave, my one-month 'tak balik kampung, more and more.
i hope i could have a long 'break' whenever things settled, perhaps very soon.

being malaysian
as a Malaysian, i feel quite disappointed to know how the 3rd-world mentality still seriously roaming around us, when we are celebrating our 50th years of nationhood.

i went to a mall yesterday and while looking for a short, heard the salesgirls of different races talking to each other on the incident that happened at the supermarket, and then one of them loudly said ' eh..itu orang yang curi tu... org @#na' (stressing on the races of the criminal).sigh...at this point of time, we still naive to aware on the important of being sensitive to certain issues.
yeap...i can't expect people to behave like they've been to the communication and ethics workshop.

what happened then reminds me on another incident that i had while at the long queue of a fast food restaurant,a schoolboy from nowhere went straight to the counter and shouting in his races dialect which sounded very sharp and annoying asking for things etc. i felt sorry to see the counter guy really lost to understand on what the fu^% that schoolboy mumbling. after few tough minutes try to elaborate back what the boy asked, he turned to the auntie at the back counter ( i think she's the supervisor) and happened to be the same race as the boy, to ask back. problem solved. but then think back, if i were at the counter, albeit the fact of the customer always right, i would give the boy to taste his own medicine. it was a really annoyingly offended situation as the boy kept shouting as the counter guy did not understand him. Sigh..who's fault actually?org malaysia, cakapla bahasa melayu.
think back if this boy growing up soon and still be like he's been today?
i know for some this is just small petty issues, but that's totally bullshit.

to built a nation is not easy, it takes a lot.

sometimes we have to feel ashamed on ourselves, keep claiming that we are one heart, but the only basic must things that we need to have in common still a huge barrier. it hurts for a pathetic patriotic citizen like me seeing such people lingering around without knowing what should they give to the country, rather than asking themselves on what the country should offer them.

now i feel sorry and understand the disappointment of our leaders when the initiatives to encourage the KBSM,Sekolah Wawasan, Sekolah Kebangsaan, been seen as venom to kill the root of the races.

always, we forget the history, the base, the root of where we are standing now while running to the sky.

my apology
1. to a friend, for being such a fool. i should've been more sensitive. my excuse on being busy is pathetic, but it is true. there's been a lot happened and sometimes i really couldn't catch up with the flow. Al-Fatihah and we pray that he'll be among those Allah loves.
2. to a friend, for being such a fool. i should've been more sensitive too. what happened has taught me a lot to be more careful.
3. to a colleague, for pretending that i'm giving you a hope. i'm sorry, i have learned that i should be more careful and the best thing to do now is to back off, totally. i need a space and time to give a long thought.

my thank you
1. my bro, for staying the same, even as much as things change for the past few months.
2. a friend, for elightening me a lot these days.
