C & S
I attended this interpersonal skills course in Permata last few days. I guess, for those who have been attending quite a number of people skills course, the déjà vu thing seems to keep appearing. It’s like all the courses are talking about the same thing.
I must say that I had good time so far attending the course. Probably, as we had good facililators (Tina&adnan), the group was small and we were given quite a posh room, in permata’s hostel, instead of ones in the academic block.
The course was about how to manage the relationship, be it personal or professional ones. I know I make it sounds technical, but that’s the keyword - managing. The modules, discussions, sharing sessions that we had, some are refreshing back what I’ve learnt and known before, some are new things and all led to have me discover and understand more about myself.
I’m a C type of person when it comes to work, but S type when it comes to people. It is proven here again, as I’ve done the personality behavior test for many times before, and the C & S traits have been on the score sheet.
