suprisingly to see quite a number of our relatives turned out prior to my parents departure for umrah. even on the night i arrived KTrg, our house was full with them, came to wish my parents good bye. like they were going for hajj. :).
and when they came back last saturday, it was also the same. lots of them turned out and luckily mum had already ordered nasi minyak for that day. they both seem enjoyed the umrah.
i'm really feel happy to see them back. 10 days even flew that fast, still long for me to know they'd been somewhere on the other side of the world.
when you hit the spot
my first time, driving alone to KL and plus it was my dad's harrier which was put under my custodian while they went for umrah. may be it was my ego and being cocky, i drove like on the race track as entered LPT. in average i clocked 140 km/h and hit 160 km/h as trying to chase a 5-series bimmer which i think ran at 200 km/h. hehehe..
on the way back to Trg, a nabira challenged me and i clocked average of 160 km/h along the LPT and hit 170 km/h few times, when the nabira really gave me a kick. crazy...hopefully takdela saman ekor etc. isk isk isk.
i won't drive like that if it was my cabuk...bergegar maunya. but for my dad's harrier i think at 140 km/h, the car really gave me the pleasure of driving. sigh...
about dream & hope
One In A Million thing. When Ayu's audition appeared on the TV, she gained such a reputation from the audience. A humble and talented kampung girl, with a very nice husky voice flew accoss borneo for the 2nd stage audition with big hope to change her own future. But things don't always turn out the way we want. Even to see her on the finale is most of her fans dream too, she was not Paul and Shafinaz choice this time. what happened then? everybody was so frustrated. was it because the look? her rendition's on 'teman tapi mesra' wowed the crowd and she appeared confident and original during the elimination stage. but then to see her hiding the tears as knew she didn't make it through to the next round really bites the fan. and the favourite question is ' was it because she ain't an eye candy ?'....damn...now i turned into this reality tv freak and emotionally attached to another idiot box product..eheh...but like others ayu's fan..we hope a wildcard thing etc. for her.
anyway..dayang was lovely and it was also a mild suprise for me to see Atilia didn't make it through. may be paul still has some issues with her and thinks saerah is better. sigh...what a world. honestly, when shit happened, it can rock the trust that has been built. wtf am i talking...
tales of Maya
i moved to Maya hotel after came back from sending my parents to umrah. A lovely boutique hotel that really kick ass. love the room, love the bathroom, love the cafeteria, love the lounge, love everything there...see the 'transparent' bathroom. hehe...the anggun spa thing for a long bath quite relaxing and you can even watch tv from the bathroom.
hehe..the zen concept really works i guess and even ucop and shahrul also agreed it's such a pleasure to stay there.
the last stand
went to watch x-men 3 with ucop last week. and it was a good show. may be sounds biased, but for both of us, x-men is one of the successful movie by marvel comics after spider-man. love it, love it, love it. whatelse? well it's quite shocked to see Xavier exploded and to know how powerful phoenix could be. we waited until the end of the show to see the 30 secs clip that they claimed important..yeah ..Xavier still alive and there'll be X-men 4 , may be? hehehe.
i'm off for fixed wing flight at 4.45 this afternoon. and my next hotel is the regent, bukit bintang. damn expensive, but hell..just try it while i'm still having the chance. amirul will be joining me this thursday...okla tuh..ada member. may be we going to spend this weekend house hunting...
